You'll lead proactive safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement sustainable facility solutions that align with Porsche's commitment to operational integrity.
As the safety champion for our Central Region operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive emergency response plans, maintain regulatory compliance with Singapore's WSH regulations, and optimize facility usage across 50,000+ sqm premises. The position offers dynamic exposure to luxury automotive environments while driving tangible improvements in workplace safety culture and operational resilience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily workplace safety inspections and risk assessments across all operational areas
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs compliant with Singapore WSH regulations
- Manage facilities maintenance including HVAC, fire safety systems, and emergency equipment
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective action plans
- Coordinate safety training programs for 200+ employees
- Oversee contractor compliance and vendor safety protocols
- Maintain digital safety documentation and prepare audit reports
- Lead emergency response drills and crisis management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or Facilities Management
- WSH Officer certification from Singapore Ministry of Manpower
- Minimum 3 years' experience in safety and facilities management
- Proficiency in safety management software (e.g., ISO 45001 systems)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and regulatory requirements
- Certified in First Aid and CPR (valid certification required)
- Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
