Join CPG Facilities Management as a Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC) cum Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety across our facilities. This unique dual position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on workplace safety protocols while managing fire safety systems and compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive workplace safety and health programs aligned with Singapore's WSH regulations. You'll also oversee fire safety management systems, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with the Fire Safety Act. Your expertise will help prevent workplace accidents, protect employees, and maintain regulatory compliance across all facilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) management systems in compliance with Singapore's WSH regulations
- Manage fire safety systems, conduct fire risk assessments, and ensure compliance with the Fire Safety Act
- Coordinate safety inspections, audits, and investigations to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, safety plans, and incident reports
- Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and safety violations, and recommend preventive measures
- Stay updated on the latest WSH regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements in fire safety
- Act as the primary contact point for safety-related queries and coordinate with regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Valid Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification from Singapore Ministry of Manpower
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification from Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in WSH management, with at least 2 years in fire safety
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations, Fire Safety Act, and industry standards
- Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence others on safety matters
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office applications
