Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) in accordance with local legal requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions to foster a proactive safety culture among site personnel and contractors.
- Manage the investigation of all workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing comprehensive reports and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to integrate safety considerations into all stages of construction planning and execution.
- Ensure all heavy machinery and site equipment undergo rigorous safety certification and routine maintenance checks.
- Prepare and submit mandatory safety reports to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction site safety management, preferably with A1/A2 contractors.
- Possess a recognized WSH certification (e.g., Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act, regulations, and industry Codes of Practice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead site teams in safety compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and incident reporting skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
