Kian Hiap Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Workplace Safety Health Officer (WSHO) to join our team in Hougang Central. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, update, and distribute safety manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety posters.
- Monitor the usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
- Coordinate with project managers to implement safety measures during construction phases.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or a related engineering/technical field.
- Valid WSH Officer Certificate or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean WSH laws, risk assessment techniques, and safety management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting purposes.
- Physically fit to work at construction sites and travel between project locations.
