Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive workplace safety and health programs aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Monitor compliance with local WSH regulations and industry standards, ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into planning and execution phases
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations, technologies, and best practices in the construction industry
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- WSH Officer certification or equivalent recognized qualification in Singapore
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in workplace safety and health, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
