Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site safety operations, ensuring full compliance with MOM and NEA regulations.
- Supervise and monitor high-risk lifting activities and sand discharging processes.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings to brief workers on site-specific safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, incident reports, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with site managers to implement corrective actions for identified safety non-compliance.
- Ensure that all heavy machinery and lifting equipment undergo mandatory inspection and certification.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Singaporean citizen.
- Recognized WSH Supervisor certification (e.g., WSH-S or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the construction or marine industry.
- In-depth knowledge of lifting procedures and heavy equipment safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively brief workers and report to management.
- Physically fit to perform routine site walks and inspection duties in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage safety logistics in a fast-paced project setting.
