- Develop and execute comprehensive workplace transformation strategies aligned with corporate real estate objectives
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new workplace policies and technologies
- Analyze workplace utilization data to optimize space allocation and resource efficiency
- Collaborate with real estate and facilities teams to design flexible, future-proof work environments
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder communication
- Implement sustainability and wellness standards in workplace design and operations
- Drive employee engagement through participatory design workshops and feedback mechanisms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or facilities management
- Proven track record in change management with measurable transformation outcomes
- Strong expertise in workplace analytics tools (e.g., occupancy sensing, space utilization software)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification required
- Experience with hybrid work model implementation and workplace technology integration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across C-suite, HR, and operational teams
