Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily workshop administrative tasks, including scheduling, service logging, and filing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and via telephone.
- Coordinate with mechanics and technical staff to track repair progress and update service records.
- Prepare accurate invoices, quotations, and official receipts for clients.
- Maintain organized inventory records and office supply stocks.
- Monitor and ensure all workshop documentation is up to date and compliant with company policy.
- Support the workshop manager with general clerical duties and report preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, especially Word and Excel).
- Strong command of Malay and English; proficiency in additional local dialects is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Polite, professional, and possess a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to workshop operational systems.
