We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join the dynamic team at PT Kawan Mobil Nusantara. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational flow of our workshop, ensuring that all technical work meets the highest industry standards and safety regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated technicians and service staff, driving performance, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently met.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient scheduling of jobs.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the workshop team, including technicians and support staff, to boost morale and productivity.
- Ensure all repairs, maintenance, and services comply with manufacturer specifications and quality control standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for parts and supplies to prevent operational downtime.
- Implement and strictly enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license.
