PT X-Motors Internasional Group is a leading automotive service provider committed to delivering excellence in vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our operations in the Sunter and Kelapa Gading area.
As the Workshop Manager, you will be the driving force behind our workshop's success. You will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team of technicians, and ensure that we handle all car brands with the highest standard of quality. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and workflow.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of technicians, helpers, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to ensure the availability of inventory for all vehicle makes and models.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards to maintain workshop safety and vehicle integrity.
- Handle customer service issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates and resolving complaints effectively.
- Monitor workshop expenses and labor hours to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance appraisals to identify training needs and career development opportunities.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive workshop management or a similar supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of general automotive maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
