Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and enforce strict quality control and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and workshop tools to prevent downtime.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and organize technical training sessions for staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management or workshop supervision within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing machinery, maintenance schedules, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations is highly desirable.
