Your Impact: As a WSH Coordinator, you will implement workplace safety and health policies, conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety briefings. You will be the key point of contact for all safety matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s WSH regulations and company standards. You will also investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures to continually improve safety performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
- Carry out risk assessments (RA) and develop safe work procedures (SWP).
- Organize and conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and training sessions for workers.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to address safety issues and promote a safety-first culture.
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and ensure timely submission of reports to authorities.
- Stay updated on WSH legislation and industry best practices to continuously improve safety initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) – preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in WSH within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, codes, and standards.
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
