Located in the strategic Novena area, this full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of S$3,300 – S$4,300 (commensurate with experience) with Monday-Friday office hours. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive WSH policies and procedures for construction sites
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across project locations
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions; implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for workers and site supervisors
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and industry best practices
- Manage WSH documentation, incident reports, and compliance records
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies on safety matters
- Promote proactive safety culture through toolbox talks and awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field
- WSH Officer certification recognized by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower
- Minimum 2-3 years of WSH experience in construction or heavy industries
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations (WSH Act, Factories Act)
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
- First Aid certification and CPR training preferred
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
