Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with WSH regulations
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to site workers
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting systems
- Stay updated on the latest WSH regulations and industry best practices
- Act as the point of contact for all safety-related concerns on the construction site
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- WSH Officer certification recognized by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site safety coordination
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with safety management systems and documentation
