Your expertise will be vital in developing and enforcing rigorous safety protocols, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. You will also act as the primary advisor on safety matters, managing incident investigations and mentoring site staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and review comprehensive WSHE policies, procedures, and manuals tailored to specific construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
- Lead and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all project stakeholders and employees.
- Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to national and local WSHE regulations, construction codes, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and external safety consultants to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Valid WSHE Manager Certificate or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a managerial role within the main construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA or local safety regulations and construction site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence safety culture.
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools.
