As a WSHO cum ECO, you will ensure that our fabrication and repair activities meet the highest safety and environmental benchmarks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and lead training sessions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations in the workshop, ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety management systems (SMS) and Environmental Control Orders (ECO) compliance.
- Conduct regular safety audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent workplace incidents.
- Train and mentor workshop staff on safety procedures, proper handling of equipment, and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and internal management to ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Investigate any safety or environmental non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage waste disposal and environmental impact assessments for workshop activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified WSHE Officer (WSHO) qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or marine fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/WSH Act guidelines and environmental protection standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant work pass eligibility for Singapore (e.g., S Pass, EP).
