As a WSP (Wismilak Sales Promotion) Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, monitoring market trends, and driving growth through effective communication and tactical execution. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical mindset required to optimize sales performance while upholding the company's brand integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily operational strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Monitor market activity and competitor movements, reporting insights back to the regional management team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and local trade partners.
- Ensure standard operational procedures (SOP) are strictly followed across all field activities.
- Provide regular progress reports and data-driven feedback regarding field performance and market demand.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective product distribution and promotion cycles.
- Identify growth opportunities and resolve potential operational hurdles in the field efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, field operations, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret field data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in Pamekasan, Jawa Timur, and travel within the area as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
