The Role
As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's success. You will lead, motivate, and mentor a team of retail professionals to achieve exceptional sales results while delivering the high-quality customer experience that Xiaomi is famous for. You will take full ownership of store operations, inventory management, and P&L performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the standard for excellence and represent the Xiaomi brand in every interaction. You will work closely with district managers and marketing teams to align store strategy with broader company goals, ensuring our Sabah location is a top performer.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency.
- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, handling feedback and building brand loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, stock displays, and visual merchandising following Xiaomi global standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage the performance and development of the store team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, ideally within consumer electronics or a premium brand.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Deep passion for the latest technology and Xiaomi products.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office or retail management software.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
