Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall business strategy for the Bandung zone to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Own the Zone P&L, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring financial health and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with centralized marketing teams to design and implement hyperlocal campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage cross-functional operational projects, coordinating between Product, Operations, and Public Relations teams.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison for senior management regarding zone performance, strategic pivots, and resource requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or a general management role, preferably within the tech or on-demand services industry.
  • Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing a P&L and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Deep understanding of the Bandung / West Java market dynamics, culture, and consumer behavior.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
