Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations across multiple branch locations within the assigned zone.
- Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance and urgent repairs to ensure zero disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, security, and facility maintenance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers for facility-related tasks and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility conditions, budget utilization, and improvement recommendations.
- Mentor branch staff on proper facility upkeep and safety protocols to maintain a professional environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations management role within the retail or financial service sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to facility maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage decentralized teams effectively.
- Proficiency in local building and safety regulations, as well as general maintenance oversight.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned zone in Davao City.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
